Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but may depend on product availability, manufacturing, processing, transportation, government restrictions, weather, infrastructure, labour availability, and other circumstances.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees; partial deliveries may be made where commercially reasonable; risk will transfer according to agreed delivery terms; and customers must ensure suitable access, unloading facilities, equipment, labour, and safety arrangements at the delivery location.

  1. Inspection and Claims

Customers are responsible for inspecting goods within the period specified in the relevant quotation, invoice, or agreement. Claims concerning shortage, visible damage, incorrect specification, or processing discrepancy should be submitted promptly in writing with supporting details and evidence.

Products should not be processed, installed, resold, altered, or used after a defect or discrepancy becomes apparent unless written instructions are received from Krimeesha.

Products processed, cut, slit, sheared, coated, fabricated, packed, or otherwise prepared according to a customer’s specific requirements may not be returnable or cancellable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns, cancellations, replacements, credit notes, and refunds, where applicable, will be governed by the relevant quotation or invoice, the nature and condition of the product, product customisation, manufacturer policies, inspection findings, applicable law, and written approval from Krimeesha. No product should be returned without prior written authorisation.
